Key Responsibilities Carry out the installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up of wastewater treatment systems and equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water and wastewater treatment plants. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process-related issues. Conduct routine inspections and performance evaluations to ensure optimal plant operation. Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation. Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely project completion. Recommend process improvements and system upgrades to enhance plant efficiency and reliability. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures. Provide emergency breakdown support when required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. Experience in servicing or maintaining wastewater treatment , water treatment , industrial utilities , or process equipment . Familiarity with pumps, motors, blowers, valves, dosing systems, filtration equipment, RO systems, UF systems, PLCs, and instrumentation is an advantage. Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes such as biological treatment, membrane filtration, activated sludge, MBR, UF, or RO will be highly preferred. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites for servicing and commissioning. Possess good communication and customer service skills.
