Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks). Develop custom mechanisms, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions. Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Collaborate closely with Electrical, Software, Vision, and Manufacturing teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support prototype assembly, machine integration, testing, and troubleshooting. Drive continuous design improvements to enhance machine performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. ✅ Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Senior Engineer: Minimum 2-5 years of mechanical design experience in automation, machine vision, semiconductor equipment, or special-purpose machinery. Mechanical Design Engineer: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Proficient in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software. Strong understanding of: Precision mechanical design GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)DFM/DFA principles Pneumatic and motion systems Machine assembly and manufacturing processes Experience in semiconductor or factory automation equipment will be highly advantageous.
