Junior / Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities: Lead interior design projects from concept to completion. Managing project profitability with the Project Manager. Involve in space planning, design development, and site implementation. Produce site plans, CAD layouts, elevations, detailed drawings, material specifications, and other design documentation. Prepare design proposals, sketches, and illustrations for client understanding. Develop final designs and specifications within the client’s budget. Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to translate designs into costings for client submission. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to select the best service providers. Perform necessary drafting and other related work. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a corporate background. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max/Viz, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Able to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
