Senior / Project Executive (Interior Fit Out / Commercial)

Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial interior fit-out projects. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure on-time completion. Attend regular site meetings and inspections. Monitor projects to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, budget, and delivery timelines. Report project progress and take corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with design teams, clients, and contractors for timely handover. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Building, Project Management or equivalent. 3–5 years of experience in fit-out and corporate office interior projects. Ability to manage on-site works and coordinate with sales teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
