Benefits: Variable Bonuses Working Hours: 4 X Weekdays + 1 Weekend (9am-6pm) Key Responsibilities Support daily centre operations, including client registration, attendance, payments, and record management. Handle enquiries, calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups. Assist in preparing teaching/therapy materials and support classes when required. Maintain centre organisation, cleanliness, and inventory. Ensure proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and accurate reporting. Build strong relationships with parents, manage feedback, and conduct centre tours. Assist with staff scheduling, timesheets, and coordination, including support for interns. Prepare financial reports, invoices, and assist with regular submissions to HQ/ECDA. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
