Compliance, Risk & Quality Executive

We are seeking a Compliance, Risk & Quality Management professional to drive governance, compliance and quality initiatives across the organisation. This role is responsible for strengthening the company's compliance framework, overseeing enterprise risk management processes, and establishing a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to support operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Support and strengthen the company's compliance, risk management and governance framework. Advise stakeholders on regulatory compliance, internal policies and risk mitigation. Coordinate enterprise risk assessments, monitor controls and drive follow-up actions. Develop and deliver compliance training to foster an ethical and compliant workplace. Design, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, process documentation and document control. Conduct internal quality audits, identify process improvements and oversee corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Governance or a related field. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills. High integrity, proactive mindset and ability to engage stakeholders across all levels. Experience in an international or regional environment is an advantage.
