Assist in the preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting automation and smart manufacturing projects to ensure optimal production performance. Key Responsibilities Implement and support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to achieve equipment reliability and operational targets Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, electrical systems, tools, fixtures, and facility infrastructure Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment availability Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for equipment servicing, calibration, maintenance scheduling, and procurement of non-production parts Develop and maintain contingency plans to minimise production downtime during equipment failures Ensure maintenance activities comply with workplace safety, quality, and company standards Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline Good understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and maintenance best practices Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Basic knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation is preferred For candidates who do not wish to apply via the site and would still like to apply in a P&C manner, please send in your resume to apply97[ADD]talentvis.com EA License: 04C3537 | Talentvis Singapore EA Personnel: R26160646 | Adrian Tan
