You will lead EHS initiatives, ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, and foster a strong safety culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the appointed Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act and all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management system, policies, and procedures. Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Organise and facilitate WSH Committee meetings and drive continuous safety improvements. Manage regulatory reporting, permits, licences, and liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits. Review contractor Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and work permits to ensure safe work practices. Lead waste management, recycling, and sustainability initiatives, including supporting Zero Waste to Landfill programmes. Coordinate internal and external EHS audits, customer assessments, and certification audits. Prepare EHS reports, compliance data, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders. Conduct EHS orientation, training, emergency drills, and awareness programmes for employees and contractors. Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, hazard reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Registered Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) (Mandatory) . Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant EHS experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, logistics, or related industries. Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and environmental regulations. Experience with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards and UL2799 Zero Waste to Landfill certification will be an added advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
