About the Role We are looking for a proactive and technically driven Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations by developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to introduce new products, enhance production efficiency, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, procedures, and documentation. Create and maintain Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC programs, and tooling/gauge plans using Siemens NX . Provide technical support and guidance to Manufacturing Technicians during new product introduction (NPI) and existing production. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by production teams, customers, and other stakeholders. Conduct manufacturing feasibility studies to improve production capacity, workflow, and factory layout. Identify, plan, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Recommend and support the selection, design, and implementation of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures. Prepare Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) justifications for new equipment and process improvements. Analyse manufacturing data and recommend solutions to improve yield, quality, and production performance. Participate in company-wide Lean Manufacturing, productivity, and quality improvement projects. Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. Other Information Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in a manufacturing, precision engineering, aerospace, or industrial environment. Proficient in Siemens NX for NC programming and manufacturing documentation. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production planning. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies will be an advantage.
