Finance Manager (Manufacturing, Tuas)

Responsibilities: Manage financial and operational reporting for assigned entities. Prepare sales and expense forecasts, budgets, and monthly management reports. Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing with accuracy and timeliness. Review cash flow forecasts and manage treasury and banking matters. Support audit, tax, GST, and statutory compliance requirements. Maintain fixed assets register and ensure proper capital expenditure tracking. Review expense accruals, journal entries, and payment approvals. Maintain master data in the finance system and improve financial processes and controls. Support ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as required. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 10 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP / IFRS). Experience with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 is a plus. Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
