Job Summary: The appointee works independently and as a team in leading the function of professionally marketing and selling the school to prospective families to ensure that student numbers stay within the budgeted target number. The appointee is required to: work and develop systems to support the process of enrolling new students to the school. effectively manage the smooth transition of students and their families from the applicant pool into Tanglin Trust School and the Tanglin Community by providing a professional and comprehensive knowledge of the school policies, procedures and processes; and The role reports to Head of Admissions. Requirements: Holds a diploma or degree qualification with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience Experience in data management and student testing is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Word Excellence in written and spoken English Possess good administrative skills Proven experience in a Customer Service/Sales role Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills Able to work independently as well as in a team 5-day week with annual leave entitlement.
