Investment Admin Officer (1 Yr Renewable Contract + 1 Mth Completion Bonus)

Position: Investment admin officer (1 yr renewable contract + 1 mth completion bonus) We are helping a top tier private bank to hire. Work location: CBD * Fresh Grads a re welcomed to apply. Scope of Work: • To provide operational and non-regulatory support to the CIOO Asia Implementation Team during a temporary maternity leave coverage period, ensuring continuity of day-to-day portfolio management and business activities. Responsibilities include: 1. Support portfolio implementation activities, including trade/order preparation and coordination 2. Monitor and manage cash positions across all client portfolios to facilitate investment activities and liquidity requirements. 3. Ensure investment parameter guidelines compliance and conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to approved mandates and internal policies 4. Respond to queries and information requests from internal control functions, including Risk, Compliance, Operations and Audit teams 5. Prepare regular and ad hoc portfolio, management and operational reports 6. Provide administrative, operational, and project support as required by the business 7. Assist PMs in the management of DPM portfolios, including model portfolio maintenance, regular monitoring and rebalancing 8. Provide support in various analytical investment assessments whenever required by PMs (Portfolio Managers) Min requirement • Basic understanding of financial markets and various available asset classes • Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, pro-active and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage stress in a dynamic environment • Attention to details If you are interested, please your updated CV to jency.chan@tangspac.com or apply via the link.
