Process Assurance Analyst (Contract)

Responsibilities: Develop and deliver process management, process definition and analysis of current processes where improvements are / can be identified and delivered for units supported, currently Service Recovery. Provide risk and governance process support across GIPS units, currently Service Recovery, Change Management, & Network Engineering. Provide contract management support, reviewing IT schedule for subsidiaries and oversea branches. Controlling EUC across GIPS units, maintaining inventory list of EUC tools and ensuring compliance with the established process and governance. Documentation and training, maintain accessible repository of process manuals and guidelines, conduct training sessions for staff to ensure the established processes are adhered to Requirements: Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/ Banking/Finance/ Engineering or related field. Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and reporting skills. Good internal communications, written and verbal communication skills. Good experience in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
