We are currently looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant at our Singapore office to provide recruitment and executive search services to industries like Finance, Legal & Compliance and Technology. Training on Systems, recruitment process, sales skills enhancement, and OJT are provided. In Order To Be Successful, You Will Require: Minimum 3 years’ 360 recruitment experience in a search firm. Background in either Finance, Legal & Compliance or Technology recruiting. Solution sales and/or business development experience would be a plus. A good understanding of the relevant industry that you would like to focus on. An ability to create rapport and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients is essential to your success. Previous experience in successfully reaching revenue targets and KPI's. Ambition, sense of self pride and developing a reputation for excellence will be essential qualities Be a highly proactive individual with experience in a role where persistence and tenacity are paramount to your success. Job Details: Provide full end-to-end recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction & sourcing strategies, and candidate management. Deliver bulk recruitment projects. Attract and source suitable candidates using various mediums, including; talent database searches in combination with LinkedIn and advanced internet/database searches. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates. Only selected candidates will be contacted.
