Crewing Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities Process and verify crew home allotment requests accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and administer monthly crew payroll for assigned vessels. Review and process crew reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies. Respond to crew enquiries relating to payroll, remittances, reimbursements, and salary-related matters. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Support the crewing and finance functions with payroll-related administrative tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in crew payroll, crew accounting, or crewing administration within the maritime industry. Good understanding of crew payroll processes, remittances, and reimbursement administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive, able to work independently, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
