Responsibilities: Prepare tender BQ costing & submission, progress payment claims, VO & finalization of accounts Attend tender interviews/meetings Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors & project team Liaise with suppliers for materials Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments Able to read drawings Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and/or Building and/or equivalent; Preferably with min. 5 years experience in managing Architectural Works (Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Steel and Wet Trades) tender/quotation; Goods costing knowledge and committed; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Confident & able to work under pressure; 5.5 days work week
