Process Engineer

Responsibilities Document and define factory and production processes and procedures across the Group to ensure consistency and clarity Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency Deploy and implement production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas facilities to maintain operational standards Manage next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly to optimize production workflows Responsible for audits and ensure compliance of factory and process engineering standards across the Group Perform additional duties related to operations and process engineering as required to support business needs Required competencies and certifications Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Minimum 1 year of relevant process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to travel overseas as required Initiative and ability to work independently to drive process improvements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to manufacturing processes Effective communication skills
