Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities : Participate in projects from planning through implementation, execution, and final handover. Monitor the progress to ensure alignment with approved schedules and timelines. Coordinate site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and incompliance with quality and safety standards. Monitor operational costs and take responsibility for project financial performance Oversee procurement requirements and resource planning, ensuring adequate manpower, materials, and equipment are available to meet project timelines. Conduct regular site visits to supervise progress, perform inspections, and promptly resolve quality and scheduling issues. Review contract documents and material specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Support project lifecycle meetings, including kick-off, daily coordination, and closure meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Prepare and present monthly reports, performance analyses, and budget updates for management review and decision-making. Monitor staff performance, providing leadership, support, and direction to drive high-quality outputs and continuous improvement. Coordinate subcontractors and manage issues related to delivery, manpower, scheduling, and payments. Any other duties that assign from time to time. Requirements : Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Registered with EMA license preferred. Preferably with 8 –10 years relevant experience Able to work independently with minimal supervision Team player with the right attitude, hardworking and resourceful, Proactive in solving client’s issues
