Job Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow application development , IT Operations Management (ITOM) , and IT Asset Management (ITAM) . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, including custom application development, workflow automation, platform integrations, scripting, and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and catalog items. Implement and support ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. Implement and enhance ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities. Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or other integration technologies. Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation to improve operational efficiency. Perform platform scripting using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. Participate in system upgrades, patching, platform enhancements, and release activities. Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and security guidelines. Prepare technical documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and deployment documentation. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong experience in ServiceNow Application Development. Hands-on experience implementing or supporting:ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer. Experience with ServiceNow platform integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or MID Server. Experience in workflow automation and platform customization. Familiarity with Service Portal and Catalog development is advantageous. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
