Sales Executive

Responsibilities Recommend gold jewellery and provide excellent customer service. Host livestreams to promote products and drive sales. Respond to customer enquiries in-store, via WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms. Create basic social media content and support marketing campaigns. Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation. Process sales transactions, online orders, and after-sales enquiries. Support stock replenishment, inventory control, and daily store operations. Manage online product listings and order fulfilment. Stay updated on product knowledge and jewellery trends. Requirements Customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual candidates with retail or jewellery sales experience are preferred. Sales-driven with an interest in retail, e-commerce, and livestream selling. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; familiarity with social media is an advantage. Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates who can start work on short notice will have an added advantage.
