Production Executive, $4,500 (West)

Salary: S$3,500 – S$4,500 Location: West, Singapore (Near Joo Koon MRT) Employment Type: Permanent About the Company Our client, a well-established Japanese manufacturing MNC specializing in precision metal components for the electrical, electronics and semiconductor industries. Job Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the metal stamping production line. Monitor production safety, product quality and daily output to ensure production targets are achieved. Lead and guide production operators and toolmakers to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Coordinate with production planners and internal departments to meet delivery schedules. Troubleshoot production issues and work with the team to minimise downtime. Prepare monthly production reports and maintain production records. Update work instructions (WI) whenever there are process changes. Participate in Kaizen, Quality Control Circle (QCC) and 5Scontinuous improvement activities. Carry out other duties assigned by the Production Manager. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering or a related discipline. 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal stamping environment. Experience in production planning and process troubleshooting. Able to lead a production team and communicate effectively with different departments.
