Service Technician / Service Engineer (Dental Equipment), $3,500 (North)

Location: Ang Mo Kio Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,500 per month (commensurate with experience) Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon to Fri) About the Role Our client is seeking a Service Technician / Service Engineer to join their service team. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting dental equipment at customer sites while providing excellent technical support. Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and test dental equipment at customer sites. Conduct preventive maintenance and repair of dental equipment. Perform pre-installation site surveys for new and existing clinics. Diagnose equipment issues and carry out troubleshooting. Provide professional technical support and basic operational training to customers. Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation. Update service job status and report progress to the Service Manager. Perform other service-related duties as assigned. Requirements NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided. Able to read and understand installation manuals, electrical schematics, and circuit diagrams. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems will be an advantage. Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
