Sales Engineer, Equipment & Hardware Testing | Tai Seng | $5,000 - $6,000 + $850 Transport Allowance

Location: Tai Seng / Macpherson Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 + Bonus based on KPI + $850 Car Allowance Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries (semiconductors, electronics, biomedical, aerospace, automotive). Generate leads through customer visits, outreach activities, exhibitions, and networking events. Manage the full sales cycle, including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and closing. Provide technical sales support and recommend suitable testing solutions based on customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records. Work closely with internal teams, HQ, regional offices, and partners to support projects and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and relevant regulations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline. 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within B2B or industrial environments. Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management. Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of environmental test chambers, HVAC systems, or refrigeration systems will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, and able to work towards sales targets. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Possess Class 3 driving license and willing to travel for client visits across Singapore.
