Finance & Accounting Assistant (3–6 Months), $3,000

Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,000 Location: Raffles Place Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon to Fri) Job Type: 3 to 6 Months Contract | Immediate Start Key Responsibilities Prepare and review regulatory reports for submission to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Head Office. Prepare reports for Head Office and assist with any required revisions. Monitor and calculate regulatory figures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports in accordance with reporting deadlines. Post monthly journal entries, including accruals and accounting adjustments. Assist with general accounting duties, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other finance-related tasks. Support the Finance & Accounting team with ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. Basic accounting knowledge, including AP, AR, GL, and journal entries. Entry level with an accounting qualification are welcome to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Meticulous, organised, and comfortable working with numbers. Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
