Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

Job Summary Supervise infrastructure works with a focus on quality and safety, applying civil/structural engineering expertise and adhering to project timelines and standards. Responsibilities Oversee infrastructure construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve construction issues effectively Apply knowledge of civil/structural engineering principles to supervise construction quality and methods Manage shift work schedules to maintain continuous site operations and meet project deadlines Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements during construction supervision Required competencies and certifications Minimum three (3) years of experience supervising infrastructure works, preferably with LTA projects Diploma in civil/structural engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent Accreditation by JAC of IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS) Other Information Working location: To Be Confirmed Work week: 44~47 hours/week Must be willing to work shifts
