About this role

Job Summary We seek a driven Business Development Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, client engagement, and collaboration across teams. Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities to target new business development Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events to generate and qualify leads Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support revenue growth Conduct client meetings to present products and services and perform needs analysis for tailored solutions Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Build and sustain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align solutions with client needs Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills demonstrated through client interactions Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in achieving sales goals Good command of English to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams Other Information Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses Career growth and training opportunities Medical benefits and flexible work arrangements Dynamic and collaborative team environment We look forward to hearing from you!
