Responsibilities Provide physical, emotional, and social care to nursing home residents by supporting therapy delivery, supervising daily living activities, and ensuring safety during rehabilitation. Job Description Assist therapists to deliver therapy exercise according to care plan Supervise the elderly in practising activities of daily living Facilitate small group activities and conduct bedside therapy exercise Maintain, clean and sterilize rehabilitation equipment Ensure safety of the elderly during rehabilitation sessions Assist with feeding residents Administrative duties Other duties assigned by supervisor Requirements Certificate in Therapy Support Passionate in caring for the elderly. Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to commit work schedule Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday (half day)
