About Us We are a friendly, community-based GP clinic providing comprehensive primary care for families, adults, and seniors. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our clinic’s financial and administrative operations. This full-time and/or part-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to broaden their exposure to healthcare finance and clinic operations. About the Role We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team, preferably on a full-time basis (part-time also accepted), at our Telok Blangah/Bukit Merah location. You may occasionally be required to travel to our Clementi clinic to manage reconciliation and inventory functions. This pivotal position offers hands-on exposure to healthcare finance and clinic operations in a supportive and friendly environment, with opportunities to grow skills in accounting, inventory, and administration. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping and daily accounting/reconciliation tasks Reconciling Clinic Management System records with Bank Accounts Managing reconciliation with Government-related accounts (Medisave, CPF payments, CHAS, Healthier SG) and Corporate Insurers Supplier account reconciliation Inventory control and management of general suppliers and medication Assisting with Clinical Assistant tasks when required What We’re Looking For Basic qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 1–2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounts, or small practice accounting environments Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member Familiarity with healthcare or small medical practice accounting is advantageous but not essential Training will be provided on the job What We Offer Competitive salary package (SGD 2,200–3,300, commensurate with experience and qualifications) Supportive and collaborative work environment within a healthcare setting Exposure to both healthcare finance and clinic operations Opportunities to expand skills in accounting, inventory, and administration Convenient location at Telok Blangah/Bukit Merah with a welcoming work environment Apply Now If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining us, we would love to hear from you.
