Customer interaction includes, physical studio space, online platforms messengers and live chats Update administrative data in systems and maintain records Staying up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services and assisting them. Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing. Requirements Organized, independent and able to multi-task. Team player with positive work attitude Good command of English.
