Sales Consultant

Responsibilities: Documents calls and creates basic account data. Performs account verification procedures. Schedules return calls and conference calls Reviews and improves call scripts. Collaborates with the lead generation team. Utilises customer-focused and needs-based feedback to enhance strategies. Make outbound calls to potential customers. Share information about our services by following sales scripts. Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions. Closing sales and leading customer through the process. Record calls through a computerised system. Perform customised targeted sales strategies. Meet quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls. Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level Prior sales, business development experience is preferred Experience in B2B corporate sales is a strong advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
