Front Office - Guest Services Agent

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check-in, check-out, reservations and rooms enquiries, must have an intuitive responsiveness to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests. Core Responsibilities : Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests’ needs Take ownership of guests issues or problems and take action to resolve problems immediately Recognise and resolve problems by seeking, examining, and interpreting information from different sources to determine cause and develop solutions The Ideal Candidate: Good command of English in both verbal and written communication Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is an advantage
