Location: Primary School in West Singapore Contract Period: 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027, with an option to extend until 31 October 2028 Salary: S$2,500 to S$2,700 per month About the Role We are seeking a Teacher’s Aide to support the preparation and maintenance of resources for Science and Art lessons at a primary school in West Singapore. The role involves assisting teachers with practical lesson arrangements, maintaining learning spaces and equipment, and ensuring that materials are organised and readily available for lessons, assessments and enrichment programmes. Key Responsibilities Prepare, assemble and replenish materials, equipment and other resources for Science lessons, practical assessments and enrichment programmes Set up experiment stations and provide logistical support during Science practical lessons Clean, restore and properly store equipment and materials after lessons Support Art lessons by setting up and packing away painting stations, materials and equipment Organise and maintain Science laboratories, preparation rooms, Art rooms and storerooms Maintain accurate inventory records for Science and Art resources Inform the Reporting Officer when materials, equipment or supplies require replenishment Carry out other related duties assigned by the School Leaders, Administration Manager or Reporting Officers Requirements GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level or an equivalent qualification Credit in English Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and collaboratively with school staff Organised and able to handle lesson materials and equipment carefully Prior experience working in a school environment and a valid First Aid certification would be advantageous. Work Arrangements Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.30pm Friday: 7.30am to 4.00pm The working hours include a 30-minute lunch break. Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
