Concierge

About the Role Our client is a full-service luxury hotel in Singapore. They are seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional, personalised services to guests — from travel arrangements and local recommendations to bespoke pre-arrival experiences. Responsibilities Assist guests with tours, golf, restaurant, flight bookings, and travel reconfirmations Provide directional information, shopping recommendations, and places of interest Manage limousine bookings, billing, and revenue forecasting Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements (birthday decorations, honeymoon setups, etc.) Make reservations for theatre, airlines, and transportation using Singapore booking systems Assist guests with immigration, customs, and visa-related enquiries Handle phone enquiries, mail, messages, Lost & Found, and guest complaints Ensure LQA service standards and hotel grooming standards are met at all times Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in the service industry Proficiency in Opera PMS and related hotel systems Fluent in English; second language an advantage Strong guest relations, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take initiative
