Candidates must have 5+ years of total AI engineering experience, including at least 2 years deploying NLP or GenAI solutions in production, with expertise in multi-cloud environments like AWS or GCP. Required technical mastery includes GenAI orchestration tools like LangChain/LangGraph or LlamaIndex, proficiency in evaluation tools, strong MLOps skills including Docker and CI/CD, and expertise in retrieval engineering with vector databases.
