Senior Dry Bulk Freight & Commodity Analyst

We are seeking a commercially minded and intellectually curious analyst who enjoys challenging conventional thinking, collaborating with brokers and clients, and turning market intelligence into actionable insight. Responsibilities Produce timely analysis of the dry bulk freight, commodity and macroeconomic markets, developing independent market views and commercial insight. Work closely with brokers to transform market intelligence into actionable research that supports our Chartering and S&P businesses. Present market updates and research to clients, management and other senior industry participants. Lead research initiatives, drive the development of the department and mentor junior analysts. Experience & Attributes Strong experience in dry bulk freight and commodity analysis, with sound commercial judgement and the ability to develop independent market views. Excellent analytical, written and presentations kills, with confidence engaging clients and senior stakeholders. Inquisitive, proactive and collaborative, without standing interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business. Acts with integrity and professionalism, leads by example, and maintains exceptionally high personal standards.
