Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is a globally recognised Singapore’s iconic heritage brand, is opening its first premium shopping and lifestyle destination, with excellent connectivity via MRT and public bus services. We are hiring multiple team members to support the opening of our new flagship outlet. Successful candidates will be front-of-house service supporting customer-facing operations. Responsibilities: Assist customers to recommend dishes, QR code ordering assistants, manual order taking Provide good customer service, courteous, and attentive to all dining customers Serve food and drinks from kitchen / bar counter to customers Cleaning, including clearing soiled dishes and sanitize surfaces Reset table, replenish cutlery, napkins, and tableware confirming that each table has proper settings, required condiments before customer seating Maintenance of restaurant cleanliness and workstations Adhere to the company’s SOPs for service, hygiene, and safety Maintain professional grooming, cleanliness, and a high level of personal hygiene Perform any other related tasks, duties, or assignments as directed by the supervisors or managers Requirements: · Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1) Min 2 years of F&B experiences Speak clearly to communicate with customers and team members Excellent communication and customer service skills Present yourself in a well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Working Hours: 6 days work week 10 to 11 hours/day shift- based schedule Salary & Benefits : Transport allowance Staff meal provided Staff discount Uniform and training provided Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) Variable Bonus, Performance Incentives (accordance with personal＆ business performance) Insurance and Medical Benefits
