Responsibilities: Perform measurements for quantities Sourcing of Suppliers Evaluation of price comparison Estimation for variation submission Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings Valuing and Preparing Progress Claims and Sub-Contract Progress Payments Prepare and issue Subcontract variation orders. Monitoring of Project Variations Conducting site measurements In addition to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
