Service Crew

Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and set up for opening and closing operations Assist customers with seating and guide them on the ordering process Serve food and beverages in a prompt and courteous manner Respond to customer enquiries on menu items, services, and promotions Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area Support kitchen staff as required Greet and attend to customers professionally throughout their visit Requirements: Prior food and beverage service experience to support effective guest interactions Pleasant personality with strong communication skills to engage guests positively Basic English (& Mandarin) proficiency to communicate effectively with guests and team members Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs
