Job Summary Coordinate and support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods, maintain documentation, liaise with partners, and assist production teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods Maintain accurate and organized project documentation for effective tracking Perform administrative tasks including filing and data entry to support project management processes Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to communicate project details and resolve issues Manage purchasing of materials to meet project requirements and timelines Assist project and production managers with project coordination and execution tasks Provide administrative support to the team to facilitate smooth operations Monitor inventory levels and coordinate courier services to support project logistics Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in any field (preferred but not essential) Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining motivation and a positive attitude Strong communication skills to engage vendors, suppliers, and partners via email and phone Demonstrated trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information Other Information Working Hours Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
