Operation Executive

The Core responsibilities of this role: Workflow Optimization Resource Allocation Cross-Department Coordination Performance Tracking Tasks: Managing end-to-end freight processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Creating, monitoring, and updating Standard Operating Procedures to boost daily productivity. Managing company assets, inventories, raw materials, and vendor contracts. Collaborating with finance, logistics, sales, and HR teams to clear communication bottlenecks. Analysing key operational metrics to identify performance gaps and implementing corrective actions.
