The Marketing team plays a pivotal role in this mission by crafting compelling and engaging content to recruit differently-abled students to join our transformative programmes, while deepening public understanding of disability inclusion. Simultaneously, we aim to inspire corporate professionals and key decision-makers to support our cause actively. Collateral Design & Content Creation Design visually compelling collateral, including brochures, posters, and social media content, to support our outreach and communication efforts. Create targeted recruitment content specifically designed to attract students who require tailored assistance to join our initiatives. 2. Digital Communications & Storytelling Assist the marketing team in developing engaging narratives that showcase the successes and unique stories of individuals who have benefited from our programmes. Manage and create engaging, simple content for our social media platforms and communication channels. 3. Event Media Support & Research Gain experience in photo/videography at various events and programmes to capture key insights for content creation. Research case studies and proactively provide fresh ideas to the Marketing team to incorporate into our daily marketing activities. Empathy and a genuine passion for disability inclusion and social impact. Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in design, marketing, mass communication, or related studies. Proficient with digital tools (Canva, MS Office suite) and social media platforms. Experience in copywriting, communications design, or video editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.
