Job Summary You will independently manage the transport operations across multiple projects, driving seamless customer service, route planning, and coordination with drivers and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality transport delivery. Responsibilities Plan and execute onboarding procedures for passengers based on route orders to ensure smooth service initiation Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries and facilitate onboarding processes effectively Design and coordinate driver routes to optimize transport operations and meet project requirements Train bus crew and monitor service quality to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction Address and resolve customer feedback, queries, and complaints constructively to enhance service experience Communicate clearly and manage bus crew to maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance Utilize IT tools and technology to streamline workflows and train team members on their effective use Create visual materials for presentations to support internal communication and external stakeholder engagement Adapt to dynamic work conditions and maintain performance under pressure to meet operational demands Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and multitask effectively to ensure timely delivery of transport services Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and continuously develop skills as a learner and manager
