QA Engineer

5 days work week, Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Office location: Near Jurong East MRT Friendly working environment Responsibilities The QA Engineer is expected to perform the following technical support for semiconductor equipment at customer sites: Set up and buyoff new chase at customer site. Troubleshoot mold issue at customer site. Handle mold chase dismantling and assembly. Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone calls when needed. Communicate technical information to the superior. Requirements Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Ability to understand technical drawing for mold parts. Able to communicate with customers on site. Willing to work overtime when required. Must be able to travel overseas for job assignments with 1–2 days' notice and stay for up to 1–2 weeks, when required. Training will be provided.
