Job Summary Lead business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships in sustainable mobility. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technology solutions and support business growth through financial analysis and strategic planning. Job Descriptions: ● Entrepreneurial and experienced business development leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate with decision makers and influencers comfortably and effectively ● Identify and secure new business opportunities and to create strategic relationship with potential partners on technologies for sustainable mobility ● Able to think strategically on the application of the technology solutions and conceive compelling value propositions to the partners and corporate clients ● Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and stakeholders to manage project timeline completion and customer satisfaction ● Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, stakeholders & tech team to manage project and customer satisfaction ● Support company's strategies on business projects, including but not limited to financial analysis, strategic planning, management presentations, research, etc. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of business development, product management and project management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within Technology or Transportation environment ● The candidate to be both tech and relationship-driven, with the ability to understand the needs, cultivate trust, and identify key value proposition for the customer ● Knowledge of programming languages relevant to data manipulation to enhance technical understanding ● Self-starter, independent, organised with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills ● Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to venture into uncharted territories with limited resources, shifting priorities, meet tight deadlines and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time ● Able to converse in Japanese is a plus.
