About this role

Job Summary You will manage retail and corporate car rentals, support replacement car activations for insured customers, and ensure smooth rental processing. You will provide clear information to customers, handle payments, and coordinate with operations to maximize fleet use. Job Description Secure retail and corporate rentals. Activating replacement cars for AIG insured and following up on the due date for returning. Provide timely, consistent and accurate information to external customers. Ensure accurate processing of rental workflow through Fleetnetics. Furnish accurate driver particulars to respective authority for summons. Prepare quotation, tender, process monthly renewal, collect payment for Corporate accounts. Handle PRAC technical/breakdown such as vehicle unable to start, accident etc. Escalate promptly to operations/manager for follow up as appropriate. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely. Work with operations to maximize fleet utilization. Establish and maintain professional and effective communication with external customers. Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area to create a pleasant and welcome environment for walk-in customers. Seek immediate assistance from relevant colleagues for issues that cannot be resolved within the department, or escalate promptly to the manager as appropriate. Preferred competencies and qualifications Valid class 3/3A driving licence to support vehicle handling and replacement car activations Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates Proficient in MS Office to support administrative and reporting tasks Strong communication and problem-solving skills demonstrated through customer interactions and issue resolution Meticulous, presentable, patient, and customer service oriented to deliver a positive customer experience Ability to start work on short notice and work a 5.5-day work week
