The Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for our in-house Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Web) role tobe responsible for managing our company website and driving organic growth through SEO. Website Management & Operations · Manage, update, and maintain the company's official website (e.g. WordPress CMS). · Monitor website health, fix broken links,optimize page load speeds, and improve user experience (UX). · Ensure website is mobile responsive and functions seamlessly across devices. · Coordinate with external vendors when required. 2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) · Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. · Perform on-page SEO optimization including titletags, meta descriptions, internal linking and content structure. · Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic. · Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and evolving search algorithms. · Build quality backlinks and implement off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority. 3. Analytics & Reporting · Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools. · Generate monthly reports and provide recommendations to improve website and SEO performance. · Track KPIs including rankings, traffic,conversions and lead generation. 4.
