Job Summary You will design and execute floral installations for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and special occasions, applying hands-on floral skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Design and create floral arrangements for stages, tables, bridal setups, aisles, and large installations to meet event themes and client expectations Set up and dismantle floral decor on-site and in the studio to ensure timely and accurate event preparation and teardown Prepare flowers to maintain consistency and quality in designs Handle both faux and fresh flowers safely and creatively to produce diverse floral displays Pre-pack floral equipment before events and ensure all items are returned and stored properly in the warehouse after use Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience as an event stylist is an advantage Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and good color sense to enhance floral design quality Physically fit to lift materials and work long hours during events Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours to meet event schedules Positive team player attitude to contribute effectively within a collaborative environment Open to part time or full time arrangements
