You will collaborate with clients and the florist team to deliver customized floral solutions that meet client visions and budgets. Responsibilities Meet with clients to identify their floral needs and preferences for weddings and events Promote floral styling services by engaging potential clients through sales leads and enquiries Collaborate with the florist team to develop custom floral arrangements aligned with client designs Coordinate with venue operators and clients to ensure smooth installation and event execution Advise clients on budget management while achieving their desired floral aesthetics Organize styled shoots with industry partners and in-studio to showcase floral designs Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently to ensure timely delivery Deliver exceptional client service to maintain high satisfaction and repeat business Work collaboratively within a team environment to support overall event success Be available to work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet client needs
