Job Responsibilities As an Assistant Engineer, you will support the technical team in delivering timely and high‑quality service to our clients. Your responsibilities include: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for security systems (CCTV, surveillance equipment, access control, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely. Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of systems and equipment. Provide follow‑up support and ensure customer satisfaction after service visits. Prepare service reports, documentation, and update maintenance logs. Coordinate with Senior engineers and project teams when required. Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards. Requirements Diploma/ITE in Security System Technology or related field Strong troubleshooting and hands‑on technical skills. Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is a plus.
