Job Summary As an Assistant Engineer at Trinet Technologies, you will support the technical team by maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and testing security systems to ensure reliable service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV, surveillance equipment, and access control systems to ensure operational reliability Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely to minimize system downtime Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of security systems and equipment to meet project specifications Provide follow-up technical support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction after service visits Prepare detailed service reports, maintain documentation, and update maintenance logs for accurate record-keeping Coordinate with Senior Engineers and project teams to support project execution and problem resolution Ensure all technical work complies with safety and quality standards to maintain a safe work environment Required competencies and certifications Diploma or ITE certification in Security System Technology or a related field Preferred competencies and qualifications Valid Class 3 driver licence (preferred but not essential for core duties) Other Information Competitive salary and performance incentives Career growth opportunities within a growing security technology company On-the-job training and skill development Supportive team environment Medical benefits and allowances
